The 27-Point Standard

Every inch of your roof. Documented.

A certified inspector. A drone overhead. A ladder to the eave. An attic walk from the inside. Twenty-seven checkpoints scored one-by-one, photographed, and compiled into a report you keep, whether you hire us or not.

How We Inspect

A real inspection, in three acts.

No drive-by visual. No two-minute estimate. A full hundred-minute assessment from three vantage points, because the roof lies about itself from any single one.

Aerial Capture

A pilot-certified inspector flies the property with a DJI 4K drone, building an orthomosaic of every slope, valley, and penetration.

Hands on the Roof

Ladder up, boots on. We check shingle adhesion, nail seating, flashing counter, boot integrity, the things a drone alone can't verify.

Questions, Answered

Before you schedule.

The questions we hear most often from homeowners before booking their free 27-point inspection.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. No fee, no deposit, no obligation. Our business works because homeowners trust the report, we don't need a paywall to earn that trust.

How long does it take?

About 100 minutes on the property, a drone sweep, an on-roof pass, an attic walk, and a debrief in your kitchen. You'll have the written report in 24 hours.

Do I have to hire Capital City Roofing?

No. The report is yours to keep. We'll tell you honestly whether your roof needs repair, replacement, or just monitoring, and if we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

Will the drone damage my property?

No. Our pilots are Part 107 certified and fly above the roof plane. The drone never makes contact with the structure. It's quieter and safer than a ladder on three slopes.

Does this help with an insurance claim?

Yes. The 27-point report is structured as insurance-grade documentation, photos, dates, damage-type tags, and we'll assist your claim from first call to final payout.

What if I don't need any work right now?

Great. We'll give you a grade, a clean bill of health, and a recommended re-inspection window. Most homeowners come back to us when they need us.

Ready when you are

Schedule your free 27-Point Inspection.

No obligation. No high-pressure sales. Just an honest photo report from a certified inspector, usually within two business days.
