We offer three tiers: Basic, Pro, and Elite.

How does the 100-Point Condition Index work?

Our proprietary scoring system evaluates 13 categories across a 1–5 scale with weighted multipliers reflecting actual risk: Surface (max 20 pts), Flashings & Penetrations (max 20 pts), Drainage (max 15 pts), Leak Evidence (max 15 pts), Storm/Impact (max 10 pts), Repairability (max 10 pts), and Age/RUL (max 10 pts). This eliminates subjectivity and provides boardroom-ready data for capital planning.

What size apartment communities do you serve?

We serve multifamily properties of all sizes, from 20-unit townhome communities to 500+ unit garden-style apartment complexes. Our phased scheduling approach ensures minimal resident disruption regardless of community size.

Do you handle insurance claims for apartment communities?

Yes. Our 98% claim approval rate on assisted claims is the highest in the metro Atlanta market. We use Xactimate, the same software insurance adjusters use, to document damage, coordinate directly with carriers, and file supplements when initial estimates fall short.

What roofing products do you install on multifamily properties?

We exclusively install GAF Timberline HDZ and UHDZ shingles and CertainTeed Landmark Series shingles, premium architectural shingles engineered for Georgia's demanding climate. We do not use Owens Corning products. Our GAF Master Elite status unlocks the Golden Pledge Limited Warranty with up to 50 years of non-prorated coverage.
