Brad Strawbridge started Capital City Roofing in May 2024 because he was tired of watching people get robbed by a trade that forgot what integrity meant. What started as a refusal to accept the status quo became a standard: one price, one promise, no mystery, no surprise invoice.
That standard attracted people who felt the same way. Within the first year, CCR scaled to a multi-million-dollar operation across four states through disciplined EOS execution, aggressive automation, and a customer-first operating philosophy. We earned GAF Master Elite® residential certification, GAF Certified™ Commercial Contractor status, CertainTeed ShingleMaster™ PREMIER, and Roofing Alliance Guarantor membership. Top 1 percent certified. Not because a marketing team decided it sounded good, but because the work demanded it.
Brad serves on the NRCA Residential Roofing Committee and Workforce Development Committee, shaping national standards for installation quality and the future roofing labor pipeline. We tell you the truth, even when it costs us the sale. That is the company we built.
