Our project managers conduct 27-point inspections throughout the project, and a final walkthrough ensures nothing is missed. We don't consider a job complete until you're 100% satisfied.

This documentation serves multiple purposes: it keeps you informed in real-time, provides proof of quality for warranty purposes, and creates a permanent record for insurance and future reference.

If we discover unexpected issues during installation—such as extensive deck damage, hidden structural problems, or ventilation deficiencies—we stop work immediately and contact you. We document the issue with photos, explain the problem and solution, and provide a written estimate for the additional work. No surprises, no hidden costs. We never proceed with additional work without your explicit approval.
