The Pillars

Six pillars of our quality assurance.

01

Certified Installation Crews

Every crew member is trained and certified through GAF and CertainTeed programs. We don't hire subcontractors, our teams are full-time employees who represent our quality standards.

02

BuilderLync Photo Documentation

Every stage of your project is documented with photos, deck condition, underlayment installation, flashing detail, and final completion. Permanent record for warranty and insurance.

03

27-Point Inspections

Project managers conduct comprehensive 27-point inspections throughout the project, material delivery, deck assessment, underlayment, flashing, shingle alignment, and final cleanup.

04

Manufacturer Compliance

Every installation follows manufacturer-specified methods exactly. Proper nailing patterns, correct ventilation, and approved materials ensure full warranty coverage.

05

Final Quality Walkthrough

Before considering the job complete, the project manager conducts a final walkthrough with you. Magnetic nail sweeps, debris removal, and warranty documentation are reviewed in person.

06

Ongoing Support & Warranty

Quality assurance doesn't end at completion. We provide a 5-year workmanship warranty, maintenance guidelines, and ongoing support for any questions or concerns.

The 27-Point Inspection

FAQ

Quality assurance questions.

How do you ensure quality on every project?

Quality assurance starts before the first shingle is installed. Our crews are GAF and CertainTeed certified, trained on manufacturer-specific installation methods. We use BuilderLync to document every stage with photos, deck condition, underlayment, flashing, and final installation. Our project managers conduct 27-point inspections throughout the project, and a final walkthrough ensures nothing is missed.

What certifications do your installation crews have?

All crews are certified through GAF and CertainTeed's rigorous training programs, tested on installation techniques, safety protocols, and manufacturer specifications. Our company holds GAF Master Elite and CertainTeed ShingleMaster Premier status, certifications held by fewer than 3% of contractors nationwide.

Do you provide photo documentation of my roof installation?

Yes. BuilderLync automatically captures and organizes photos throughout your project, from initial inspection through final completion. You'll see deck condition before underlayment, flashing installations, shingle progress, and the finished product. This documentation keeps you informed in real-time and creates a permanent record for warranty and insurance reference.

What happens if an issue is found during installation?

If we discover unexpected issues during installation, extensive deck damage, hidden structural problems, ventilation deficiencies, we stop work immediately and contact you. We document the issue with photos, explain the problem and solution, and provide a written estimate for the additional work. No surprises, no hidden costs.
