Drive revenue by conducting inspections, presenting roofing solutions, and closing deals with homeowners across the Greater Atlanta metro area.
Build and manage a pipeline of commercial flat-roof projects including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen systems for property managers and building owners.
Develop relationships with HOAs, property management companies, and multifamily developers to secure large-scale steep slope re-roofing projects.
Oversee residential and commercial projects from contract signing through final walk-through. Coordinate crews, materials, inspections, and timelines.
Manage field operations, crew scheduling, quality control, and on-site safety compliance across multiple active job sites.
Lead door-to-door and neighborhood marketing campaigns. Manage and train field marketing specialists. Drive appointment setting and brand awareness.
Execute grassroots marketing initiatives in target neighborhoods. Canvass, set appointments, and represent the Capital City Roofing brand in the community.
Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process. Inspect storm damage, document findings, and coordinate with adjusters to ensure fair settlements.
Lead the insurance restoration division. Manage a team of specialists, maintain adjuster relationships, and ensure a world-class claims experience for homeowners.
Own and scale our commercial low-slope roofing division. Build the team, set the vision, and drive P&L performance across multiple markets.
Lead and grow our multi-family steep slope division. Develop market strategy, forge enterprise partnerships, and build a high-performing team.
