ScopeComplete roof replacement with CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Pewter

Size3,800 sq ft

Timeline1 day

Step 01

Project Challenge

The existing asphalt shingle roof had reached the end of its serviceable life with widespread granule loss, curling shingles, and compromised ridge caps. The homeowner needed a full replacement that would enhance curb appeal, improve weather protection for the North Georgia climate, and maximize long-term warranty coverage.

Step 02

Our Solution

Capital City Roofing performed a complete tear-off down to the roof deck, inspected and repaired all decking, and installed CertainTeed WinterGuard waterproofing underlayment at all eaves, valleys, and penetrations. CertainTeed Landmark Pro architectural shingles in Pewter were installed across the entire roof system with upgraded ridge ventilation for optimal attic airflow. All work met CertainTeed's stringent ShingleMaster Premier installation standards.

Step 03

Final Result

A crisp, uniform Pewter-colored roof that significantly elevated the home's curb appeal. The full CertainTeed Integrity Roof System was installed to certified manufacturer specification, eligible for CertainTeed's 5-Star Lifetime Warranty covering both materials and workmanship. The project was completed in a single day with full ground magnetic sweep and site cleanup.
