240-Unit Luxury Apartment Community Re-Roof
Project Challenge
Ten occupied 3-story buildings with 240 units, a resort-style pool, and fitness center that had to remain fully operational. The property was at 96% occupancy, and the management company required zero relocation of any tenants during the project.
Our Solution
Capital City Roofing deployed multiple crews using a staggered building schedule. GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal were selected for their premium look and 130 mph wind warranty. Full synthetic underlayment and ice-and-water shield were installed at all critical areas. Debris containment systems protected the pool area and walkways.
