Ten occupied 3-story buildings with 240 units, a resort-style pool, and fitness center that had to remain fully operational. The property operated at near-capacity occupancy, requiring zero tenant relocations or interior disturbances during the project.
Our Solution
Capital City Roofing deployed multiple crews using a staggered building schedule. GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal were selected for their premium look and 130 mph wind warranty. Full synthetic underlayment and ice-and-water shield were installed at all critical areas. Debris containment systems protected the pool area and walkways.
Final Result
All 10 buildings completed in 60 days with continuous tenant occupancy maintained and no damage to amenity areas. The property achieved a uniform, premium aesthetic across the entire community.
