The steep center peak and wrap-around porch roof presented a safety challenge that required professional-grade fall protection. The red-brick chimney also needed new step flashing and cricket detailing to prevent future leaks.

Our Solution

Full tear-off, new CertainTeed WinterGuard waterproofing underlayment at eaves, valleys, and around the chimney. CertainTeed DiamondDeck synthetic underlayment across the deck, followed by Landmark Pro architectural shingles in Pewter. Custom-fabricated chimney flashing and a new cricket installed for long-term water management.
