Project Challenge
Occupied office building with sensitive IT infrastructure directly below the roof deck. HVAC rooftop units required careful detailing and temporary weather-in procedures to prevent water intrusion during installation.
Our Solution
Installed GAF EverGuard 60-mil fully adhered TPO membrane with new polyiso insulation for enhanced R-value. Custom metal coping at all parapet walls. Every rooftop penetration was detailed with pre-fabricated TPO boots and field-welded flashings. Temporary weather-in applied each evening.
Final Result
Seamless installation with zero disruption to office tenants or IT systems. Building achieved an estimated 22% improvement in energy efficiency. Full 20-year NDL manufacturer warranty activated with Capital City Roofing's lifetime workmanship guarantee.
