Phased installation approach with GenFlex 60-mil fully adhered TPO membrane, new tapered polyiso insulation for improved drainage, and custom-fabricated metal edge details. Work completed in sections to maintain operations.
Final Result
Zero operational downtime during installation. System engineered to qualifying GenFlex 20-Year No Dollar Limit (NDL) standards with Capital City Roofing workmanship warranty. Reflective cool roof membrane and R-30 continuous polyisocyanurate insulation significantly lowered building thermal load.
Inspection Findings
- Seam adhesive degradation observed along aged field laps
- Subsurface moisture trapped in degraded insulation layers identified during diagnostic survey
- Ponding water at internal drain sumps due to inadequate slope
