Multiple active tenant spaces including a restaurant and medical office required zero interior disruption. The existing roof had poor drainage design causing ponding water in several low areas.
Installed GAF EverGuard 60-mil TPO membrane with a redesigned tapered insulation system to eliminate ponding water. All seams heat-welded for monolithic waterproofing. Pre-fabricated TPO accessories used at all penetrations and curbs for watertight detailing.
Ponding water issues completely eliminated. All tenants remained operational throughout the project. 20-year NDL manufacturer warranty with an estimated 25% reduction in cooling costs from the reflective white membrane.
