Managing a single insurance claim covering 84 individually owned units with a shared HOA structure. Each building had slightly different damage levels requiring individual supplemental documentation.
Our Solution
Capital City Roofing assigned a dedicated project manager and insurance specialist. Individual building inspections were documented with Haag-certified reports. Supplements filed for each building achieved full coverage.
